No Refund Policy for Basketball Camps and Training Programme
Please read our Terms and Conditions before registering for our basketball camp and training programme. By registering and paying, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- Registration and Payment:
a. To secure a spot in the basketball camp/training programme, full payment must be made at the time of registration.
b. Payments can be made through the designated registration channels the club provides.
c. Once the payment is received, your registration will be confirmed, and you will be eligible to participate in our basketball camp/training programme. - No Refunds:
a. All payments made for the basketball camp/training programme are non-refundable.
b. This includes but is not limited to, any fees, charges, or deposits paid for registration.
c. No refunds will be issued Regardless of the circumstances, including non-attendance, injury, illness, or any other reason.
d. The camp organisers do not offer any exceptions to this no-refund policy. - Participant’s Responsibility:
a. Participants are responsible for attending the basketball camp/training programme at the scheduled dates, times, and locations as specified by the club.
b. Participants are responsible for their health, safety, and well-being during the basketball camp/training programme.
c. Any injuries or accidents during the basketball camp/training programme are the participant’s sole responsibility, and the camp and the club shall not be liable for any damages or claims arising from such incidents. - Programme Modifications or Cancellations:
a. The club reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the basketball camp and training programme at their discretion.
b. In the event of a programme cancellation initiated by the club, participants may be offered the opportunity to transfer their registration to a future programme of similar nature and value, subject to availability. - Code of Conduct:
a. Participants must adhere to a code of conduct during the basketball camp and training programme.
b. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in the participant being expelled from the programme without a refund. - Liability Waiver:
a. By participating in the basketball camp and training programme, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical activities and waive any claims or liability against the camp organiser, their staff, agents, or representatives. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the basketball camp and training programme is held.
b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Registering for the basketball camp and training programme confirms that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
