Training

All our training sessions are run by highly qualified professional coaches, enhanced DBS checked and have safeguarding training.

Training Venue: Chadwell Heath Academy, Christie Gardens, RM6 4RS

Mondays: 9 - 12 y/o Boys & Girls – 5pm till 6.30pm
Learn all fundamental basketball-specific skills, fun and the building blocks for overall basketball skills. In addition, participants will learn individual fundamental training and game competition. Coaches will teach all position concepts but not commit player positions at any point in the level.
Mondays: 13 - 16 y/o Boys & Girls – 5pm till 6.30pm
Build strength towards the end of the level and further develop overall basketball skills. Build towards advanced basketball skills. Participants will focus on individual training, competition including 5 on 5 play, special games such as 1 on 1, 2 on 2, 3 on 3 and skill games. Later in the level, depending on skill development, positions will be introduced.
Tuesdays: Mini's 5 - 8 y/o Boys & Girls – 5pm till 6pm
Mini basketball training focuses on having fun, fundamental movement, basketball skills, and building overall motor skills. Participants will learn how to dribble, pass, shoot and how to work as a team. Team principles/concepts, group skill competition, will be introduced throughout this level.
Tuesdays: U16 Boys National League – 5pm till 6.30pm INVITE ONLY
Competition preparation for Basketball England’s Jr National League, individual and position-specific skill development.
Thursdays: 9 - 12 y/o Boys & Girls – 5pm till 6.30pm
